The Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas

Simply, amazing, almost a replica of Venice, with a touch of class. Its a warm day, as you cross over the Strip, to visit this fine place. You cross over a bridge, taking a look at the Gondolas going up and down the river. You wonder if you can also get a Gondola ride? Yes you can. As you enter this magnificent hotel/resort, the pageantry starts to immediately unfold in front of your eyes.

As you stroll down the promenade, and view the shops, that run along this beautiful canal, you get the feeling your in another place, in another World. The further you proceed along the Canal Shops, the more and more entertaining enjoyment, begins to unravel. There are a multitude of "Mimes" along the way, each one standing ever so still, not even an eye, mouth or nose movement in their "frozen positions". Many people have their picture taken with them, and donate a $1.00, although its not mandatory, just a courteous, jester to thank them for the picture.

After, continuing your journey, along the Canal Shops, you come to a huge Plaza, and there you will find out, that they have live performances every hour, with jesters, magicians, stilt walkers, and part of the cast from the long running show "Phantom of the Opera".
Feeling a little tired, you can catch an Italian ice cream cone, at the Plaza, over 50 delicious flavors, that are all on display in a colorful arrangement of flavors. Or you can have a simple sandwich, or a complete lunch or dinner in one of their famous restaurants, along the Canal.
There is a whole lot more to see at the Venetian, you just have to trust me on that. So add this hotel to your list of "must see's" when your in Las Vegas.
