Keep an eye out for events happening around Cornwall this time of year - as the weather is getting warmer Cornwall is a perfect part of the country for taking a break - relaxing, enjoying the scenery and getting yourselves involved in the various local events!

Firstly the weekend kicks off today in Penzance with The Hidden Gardens of Penzance - from 10.30am to 3.30pm a selection of local gardens will be open for the public to view. Tickets are only £5 and can be purchased from the Morrab Gardens Library (a gorgeous Georgian house full of local archives) - which is a bargain as this includes a yummy cream tea!!

Tomorrow - Sunday 22nd May - from 10.30am until 5pm there is a real treat for both visitors to Cornwall and the locals! St Michaels Mount has a FREE yes FREE opening of the National Trust run Castle, and its Gardens. It gets better with live and local music and entertainment.
There will be music for all from swing, rock and traditional Cornish music, Samba drummers and belly dancers!
This one should definatley not be missed!!
